Laura Stensgar is a member of the Native American Tribe, which owns and operates the Courd’Alene Casino Resort Hotel in the Idaho panhandle, about 45 minutes from Spokane Airport in eastern Washington. The casino was one of the first to reopen in the U.S. after it was temporarily closed due to COVID-19.
