Previously scheduled to open in December 2020, the 1.25 million-square-foot integrated casino resort will open with amenities on the first five floors and a state-of-the-art parking hub, Garage Mahal, ahead of schedule. When completed, the resort will have around 1,000 employees.
To achieve this fast schedule, Stephens reallocated construction resources from Cirque’s hotel tower to its first five floors. Scheduled to be completed in late 2020, the tower will have 777 rooms and suites in Cirque from the eighth floor, with room reservations starting June 24. Customers who want to visit before the tower’s opening will be able to book rooms at D Las Vegas or Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, which Stephens owns, and access Cirque’s swimming pool in addition to public amenities.

World’s Largest Sportsbook – One of Cirque’s signature features will be that a three-story stadium-style sportsbook with a capacity of up to 1,000 guests and featuring 78 million pixels of high-definition screen can be seen throughout Cirque’s two-story casino. Swimming Pool Amphitheaters – Serca’s swimming pool amphitheater, which operates 365 days a year, will quickly become an outdoor entertainment destination for sports viewing, special events, and parties. Throughout the year, guests will be able to watch the biggest games and major televised events on the 14-megapixel screen, which covers six temperature-controlled pools and two spas in the serca. Large groups can participate in one of the pool’s super cabanas, which can accommodate up to 50 guests. Located on the fifth floor of the serca, the venue will also offer its own food and drink venues, as well as music for DJs and special guests.
