Rock and Bruce Restaurant Coming to Potawatomi Carter Casino

Forest County Potawatomi community partnered with KISS’s Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and their rock-inspired restaurant group, Rock & Bruce, to bring their nationally recognized restaurant concept and live music to the Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel.

Wisconsin’s first rock and brew restaurant opened on Aug. 1 at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino in Milwaukee. The 250-seat restaurant was an integral part of the hotel’s extensive $190 million renovation. Following the opening, the celebration moved to Carter, and the Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel and Rock & Brew hosted an outdoor concert series and a pop-up beer garden featuring stars from Rashp and Stars Carls.

“We are delighted to bring rock and roll legends and their outstanding dining concepts to Wisconsin,” said Dominic Ortiz, CEO of Portawatomi Casino and Hotels. “Their presence at our casino in Milwaukee was electric and we know they’ll bring the same energy to Carter.” 파칭코

On September 1, Forest County Potawatomi and the Rock & Brew team will further strengthen their all-day program and partnership, starting with the groundbreaking ceremony of the restaurant in the Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel, where Wisconsin people can feel “rock and roll all night.” At 11:30 a.m., Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons participate in the first demolition of the 5,280-square-foot restaurant. Later in the evening, they will perform as CRway’s international tour mate.

“We are proud to continue our partnership with Forest County Potawatomi Community, which has a second Rock & Bruce branch in Wisconsin,” said Adam Goldberg, CEO and partner of Rock & Bruce. “We enjoyed getting to know the Carter community through summer events and we can’t wait to welcome them to our restaurant for the full experience of Rocken Bruce early next year.”
