Isle of Capri Casino, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISLE) officials today announced that the company has entered into an agreement to acquire Casino Aztar in Caruthersville, Missouri from an affiliate of Columbia Susex Corporation. 슬롯머신
The agreement is subject to general terms, including approval from the Missouri Gaming Commission and satisfactory due diligence completion on Capri Island. The purchase price is approximately $45 million. Banc of America Securities LLC serves as financial advisor to Columbia Susex Corporation.
Isle of Capri Casino, a major developer and owner of gaming and entertainment facilities, operates 13 casinos in 11 locations. It owns and operates Biloxi, Lula and Nudges, Mississippi; Lake Charles, Louisiana (two riverboats); Bethendorf and Market, Iowa; and River Boat and Dockside casinos in Kansas City and Bunville, Missouri.
The company also owns and operates a 57 percent stake in a casino on the ground in Blackhawk, Colorado. Isle of Capri’s international gaming interests include casinos operated by Grand Bahama Freeport and two-thirds ownership stakes in casinos in Dudley and Wolverhampton in England. The company also owns and operates the Pompano Park Harness Racing Track in Pompano Beach, Florida.
