OKTO announced the acquisition of Flexia Payments, a U.S. fintech company. The strategic move will accelerate OKTO’s market expansion into the North American gaming market, further strengthening its cashless omnichannel payment service.
“This acquisition aims to put OKTO at the forefront of providing digital payment services in the North American land-based and online gaming markets through omnichannel offerings,” said Theo Engelis, vice president of OKTO North America. “We are excited about this partnership, which represents a significant improvement for both companies and is in line with our ongoing cashless strategy in Europe and Latin America.”
The deal followed Flexia’s successful show at the 2023 Global Game Expo (G2E), where the company introduced an innovative cashless system that seamlessly integrated with an extended suite of partners including WinSystems, Axe Information Management Systems and Casino Track. With the completion of this acquisition, Flexia’s team will continue to work with OKTO to deliver cashless and omni-channel payment solutions jointly to North American casinos and gaming venues, enabling full digitization of customer experiences across gaming and non-gaming activities. 온라인경마

Flexia is also well-positioned to connect to its casino and online betting accounts, casino loyalty programs, all of which are linked to Flexia Preferred Mastercard and integrated into a single digital payment solution.
Scott Walker, President and Co-Founder of Flexia, said, “Our partnership with OKTO has enabled us to complete our mission of driving digital payments innovation in online and land-based casino gaming, especially in North America.”
