Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc. adds an unparalleled experience in resort construction management to Matzel’s team of industry leaders. The Venetian Resort, Hotel & Casino, and the Time Warner Center construction management company in New York, have joined an all-star team of partners and consultants working to bring global resorts and casinos to Poconos. “We have worked very hard to bring together the experts from the ‘Allstar’ team on this project,” said Matzel. “Bovis Lend Leith is universally respected as the best construction management company in the country. Our proposed Pocono Manor Resort & Casino is a complex project because of its size and our vision for a luxury resort over 370 acres. Before working with the Mattel team, Gomes was the president of Atlantic City’s Tropicana Casino and Trump Taj Mahal Hotel & Casino and the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

“I am very impressed by Greg, Dennis, and the rest of the development team for this project,” said Colin E. Parks, director of technical services at Bovis Land Lease. “The Bovis Land Lease team is really excited to add Pocono Manor Resort & Casino, which has made remarkable strides in beautiful parts of the world, to our list of customers.”

Based on recent economic research and current forecasts, Pocono Manor Resort & Casino will create up to 5,300 construction jobs with an annual construction salary of $189 million, increasing income tax revenues for municipalities and school districts in the region. Matzel Development has filed an application for a license for a Pennsylvania Category 2 slot from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Pocono Manor Resort & Casino may operate with temporary facilities within nine months of receiving the license. The resort’s balance is completed between 18 and 20 months after receiving the license. 온라인경마
