Pro-brother-in-law is charged with “spreading and threatening Hwang Ui-jo’s private life video”

The prosecution handed over Hwang’s brother-in-law, who is accused of spreading and threatening Hwang Ui-jo (31, Norwich City), to trial in custody.

On the 8th, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office (Chief Prosecutor Jang Hye-young) arrested and indicted Hwang’s biological brother-in-law on charges of violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (filming and distributing cameras) and violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (threatening retaliation). It is known that A has been Hwang’s manager.

A is accused of threatening Hwang in June by posting photos and videos revealing his personal life on social networking services (SNS), claiming that he was Hwang’s lover.

When such articles and videos spread, Hwang filed a complaint with the police against A on charges of violating the Information and Communication Network Act and threatening him. 메이저 토토사이트

He claimed that after his mobile phone was stolen in November last year, he received threatening messages from A, saying, “I will distribute (photos)” and “It will be fun if it is released.”

The prosecution, which took over the case from the police, confirmed that A distributed Hwang’s personal video, demanded cancellation of the complaint, and threatened him after conducting a supplementary investigation, including an investigation into the officials and analyzing mobile phones, accounts, and calls.

A prosecution official said, “We requested the Seoul Digital Sexual Crime Safety Support Center to delete the video distributed to prevent secondary damage,” adding, “We will make every effort to maintain the prosecution so that punishments corresponding to crimes can be made.”

Meanwhile, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency’s cybercrime investigation team is continuing its investigation into Hwang’s alleged illegal filming.
