Mobile Sports Betting and iGaming Footprint

Following the launch of a sportsbook product in Kentucky on September 28, 2023, DraftKings is conducting mobile sports betting in 22 states that make up about 45% of the U.S. population.

All state launches are pending market access, authorization, regulatory approval, and contract approval, if applicable.

In 2023, a dozen states collectively representing about 24% of the U.S. population have introduced legislation to legalize mobile sports betting or legislation that could result in a sports betting referendum in the upcoming election. Five states collectively representing about 14% of the U.S. population have also introduced legislation to legalize iGaming or legislation that could lead to iGaming referendums in the upcoming elections.
