IMG Arena, a London-based company specializing in sports data, betting, media, and performances, has announced its decision to acquire Leap Gaming, a leader in online sports and casino gaming. The main motivation for this purchase is further development, enrichment and improvement of our betting and gaming portfolio.
The company did not disclose the amount of supplier purchases, and the acquisition is expected to be officially completed in the first half of 2023, following the completion of key regulatory procedures.
Under the terms of the purchase agreement, IMG Arena will integrate Leap’s innovative 3-D and motion capture technology and a 58-member team led by the company’s CEO with its own “event center” suite.
The integration features world-leading products and technologies and will enhance the athlete experience by providing unique and nontraditional content to customers known as sports federations and sportsbook operators.
