“I’m happy that I can give you.” Long-standing DB ‘Love House’ service melted the heat again this year

DB’s creation of a love house was also carried out this year.

Wonju DB Promy conducted “Love House” volunteer work with the Fromi Volunteer Group of the headquarters in Wonju, Gangwon-do, where the club is located on the 6th.

The event was attended by the team’s front desk, including DB owner Jung Jong-pyo, as well as the team’s players and executives of the headquarters. In addition, Wonju Mayor Won Kang-soo attended the launching ceremony and delivered a message of gratitude.

Love House volunteer activities are volunteer activities in which the DB team visits families with Fromi volunteers composed of executives and employees of the headquarters and directly improves the residential environment, such as plating and replacing floorboards.

DB, which has been working to improve the living environment of multicultural families in Wonju since 2011, moved to Bulgwang-dong in Seoul last year and conducted love house activities in Wonju again this year. 메이저놀이터

The DB team, the front desk, and the Fromi volunteer group, which gathered at Wonju City Hall to hold a launching ceremony from early morning on the weekend, were divided into groups to replace floorboards and wallpaper. All Korean players except Park In-woong, who was elected to the national team, participated in the DB team’s volunteer activities.

Even in the scorching summer weather in July, the players enthusiastically engaged in volunteer activities. In particular, tall players were often of great help to the ceiling wallpaper that is difficult to reach.

“These volunteer activities are very helpful in uniting the team,” said Kim Joo-sung, who has been participating in Love House activities for a long time since joining the DB. “It is meaningful to take these activities every year.”

Captain Kang Sang-jae also expressed his gratitude for being able to give it to others, saying, “We’re usually used to being supported, but today is a time to give it to others, and even if it’s a little hard, it’s a very meaningful and happy day.”

Lee Kwan-hee, a transfer student, said, “I’ve volunteered a lot when I was with other teams, but this is the first time I’ve done this kind of volunteer work at home. It’s new and meaningful.”

The improvement of the residential environment, which began in the morning, continued after lunch. Even in the heat wave, the love house volunteer work continued silently without anyone complaining, and it was a valuable time to give to others while making meaningful memories with team members.
