Billionaire Requests Permission To Start Work On Streep Resort Sites

Nearly a year after the initial approval of the proposed strip as a 43-story casino resort sponsored by billionaire Tillman Pertita, no movement has been made on the site, but the application for permission submitted to the county indicates it may change.

Clark County records show multiple building permit applications were submitted for the project between March and October for a 6.2-acre site on the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue. Permits can be used to start the initial stages of building a basic platform and parking lot that can be used to start construction of the resort.

Modification plans for the project submitted to Clark County for approval include adding a pickleball court. According to Clark County, the county is still reviewing most of these permits, and the ones under consideration are not open to the public.

Houston-based Pertita received approval from Clark County in October 2022 to build a 2,420-room luxury hotel over the next two years that will include a restaurant, convention space, spa, wedding chapel and a 2,500-seat theater. 바카라사이트

When asked for an update on the project plan, a spokesperson for Pertita Entertainment said, “We have no updates to share at this time.”

Federal Aviation Administration Aviation Study, completed in September 2022, shows that towers up to 538-574 feet in height can be built depending on the location of the property without disrupting aviation operations. FAA study runs until February 19, 2024.
